Vinegars

I tend to use mostly balsamic vinegar these days when I am cooking. Sometimes though, it is fun to try new vinegars with our dressings, veggies, etc. I think it is a great idea to pick up different flavored vinegars when out and about at fairs, markets or heck, even Marshalls!  They really do liven up your food and definitely give a little “pick me up” to some boring old recipes. Give some a try…add them to your pantry…and let me know what you think.

  1. I’ve been loving vinegar’s lately!! I usually just use a white wine or apple cider to boost a bit of flavor in my meals. I’ve also been destroying salt and vinegar potato chips…does that count? HAHA.

    • Well, haha…. It SHOULD! I’m really loving the fruity vinegars in salad dressings! Sooo much better than processed !
