Yes! Another shrimp recipe! Shrimp is one food everyone in our family enjoys so I make it at least once a week. This is the one I made most recently. I am still so grateful that my herbs from last summer are still supplying me what I need to get by.
Shrimp with Herbs
2 pounds shrimp, cleaned, tail removed
4 garlic cloves, chopped
4 Tbs fresh herbs, chopped
(I used parsley, oregano, chives, thyme and rosemary)
1 Tbs. coursely ground dijon mustard
2 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Preheat the broiler. While it is warming up, combine all the other ingredients together and put evenly on baking sheet. Broil for 5-7 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
What did I love about this recipe? So easy to whip together, cook and serve….this one tastes so fresh and healthy with the fresh herbs. Yum.
What didn’t I love about this recipe? Nothing really! Why do I put this part on my blog…I don’t like to post anything I don’t like. But my MOM likes this part so let’s see if she really reads it all the way to the bottom. Blame her if you don’t like this part!
